We want you to love your Kumfi purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
Please double-check our size guides before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kumfi.shop with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.
